What if something goes wrong?
- 24-month warranty. If the game stops working for a reason that isn't your fault, we replace it or refund you. Even after 24 months, where possible, we replace the game and support you: since 2017 we have always found a solution for everyone.
- Your account stays untouched. We never ask for your password.
- Guaranteed delivery. Full refund if we don't deliver on time.
- Real people. Willy answers right away in chat; if needed, write «voglio un operatore» and a person takes over.
- Secure payments. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, via Stripe and Revolut: your card details never reach us.

If someone else plays while I'm playing, do I get disconnected?
No. On PlayStation, for example, one person plays on their PS4 (Primary PS4), one on their PS5 (Primary PS5) and one signs in with the game's user (Secondary): each on their own console, all at the same time. The system is designed to work for everyone at once, with no disconnections and no waiting turns.
Is it legal? Do I risk a ban?
The game is bought legitimately on the official store, on one of our accounts: we give you access to play it. Your personal account is never touched and we never ask for your password.
Do I play with my usual user?
Yes, in most cases: with PlayStation Primary and with Xbox games you play from your own user. With PlayStation Secondary you sign in with a user we give you.
How long until I get it?
Shared Xbox right away; PlayStation, Private accounts and keys within 12 hours, usually in half an hour; Game Pass within 24 hours. You get everything in the Client area, with a step-by-step guide.
