As we aren’t the direct managers of the service provided, we cannot offer a 24-month warranty.

Our products come with a 14-day warranty. To avail of this warranty, you must:

  • Contact us on Telegram Chat: @digitalgam4, attaching a photo that documents the defect.
  • Provide the order number or proof of purchase.
  • Send a video demonstrating the removal of the previously supplied game profile.
  • Specify the nature of the defect.

All data in your possession must be deleted and documented. If, after a review by our technical team, the product is found to be working, or if the purchase is over 14 days from the order date, the refund will be denied.


If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method. After this period, it will no longer be possible to receive a refund.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date.
