Can you game share FC 27?
Yes. On PlayStation and Xbox a digital game is tied to the account that bought it, not to one person. With a DGS account you get the login details of an account that already owns FC 27, and you play the full game: the same career mode, the same Ultimate Team, the same online matches. You do not buy a code and there is nothing to redeem.
On PlayStation there are two ways to use the account:
- Primary account: you set it as the primary console account on your PS4 or PS5. After that you launch FC 27 from your own profile, with your own saves and trophies, and you can also play offline.
- Secondary account: you sign in with the account you received and play from it. The console needs an internet connection every time you start the game.

If you game share the Ultimate Edition, do you get the extras?
Not always, and it is worth knowing before you choose. On PlayStation, in-game items and pre-order content can only be used with a secondary account, not with a primary one. On Xbox, the shared version does not include the Ultimate and pre-order content (FC Points, Premium Pass). If Ultimate Team packs are the reason you want the Ultimate Edition, keep this in mind.
